Richard L. Swenson has been engaged in the practice of law for 34 years having received his Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University and his Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University.  During his years in the practice of law, he has concentrated almost exclusively in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation.  He is admitted to practice in all Nebraska courts, the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys (Board of Directors 1980-1986) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (State Delegate 1985-1987).
